The End.The Muslims
Islam teaches that The Prophet of the Qur'an is the "Last Prophet", and  although Islam honour and believe in all of the Jewish Prophets, and Jesus Christ as a Prophet and Messiah, they believe the Bible is untrustworthy and has been corrupted and therefore they only rely on the Qur'an. However, the Qur'an states in Surah 4:136 (below) that the "scripture aforetime"  in other words, the Bible,  should also be believed.

Surah 4:136
O ye who believe! Believe in Allah and His messenger and the Scripture which He hath revealed unto His messenger, and the Scripture which He revealed aforetime. Whoso disbelieveth in Allah and His angels and His  scriptures and His messengers and the Last Day, he verily hath wandered far astray.

There are at least 20 Prophets in the Torah/Tanakh (Old testament in the Bible) if we only read the Qur'an, we will only hear 1% of the message of God, hence the wars and religious divisions. In Surah 4:150-152 below it says we "should make no distinction" between the  Messengers (the Prophets), yet this is what the Muslims are doing by ONLY reading and believing the Qur'an.  We MUST read both books, the Bible and Qur'an.  But we should disregard  the "side" teachings and books which are not necessarily the accepted "inspired" word of God,  but inspired by "mens" ideas and thoughts, and these confuse the message of God, i.e. Talmud, Catholic and other Christian books and teachings and the  Muslim Hadiths and other sayings and books.  The Prophet of the Qur'an was under some form of "inspiration" when he gave the words of the Qur'an. This was not the case  for the Hadiths. There are about 6 versions of the Hadiths and the Shariah law comes from the Hadiths.

Surah 4:150-152 Lo! those who disbelieve in Allah and His messengers, and seek to make distinction between Allah and His messengers, and say: We believe in some and disbelieve in others, and seek to choose a way in between; 151. Such are disbelievers in truth; and for disbelievers We prepare a shameful doom.152. But those who believe in Allah and His messengers and make no distinction between any of them, unto them Allah will give their wages; and Allah was ever Forgiving, Merciful

Muslims do not believe Jesus is the Son of God. All of the Prophets of the  Bible, some of which are also mentioned in the Qur'an were Hebrews (of the Israelite tribes of which the Jews are one). The Prophet of the Qur'an was an Arab, or in Biblical Language and definition,  a "Gentile". Anyone not a Hebrew (Israelite/Jewish) is a Gentile. However, again according to Biblical definition, both Jews and Arabs are equally Semites, being sons of Shem, who was Abraham's Ancestor (Please see Heading: One True Message of God: Abolish the Errors). Abraham was Father to Ishmael who had 12 sons and declared by God  that they would  become "princes" and "would become  a great nation" (Genesis 17:20) these being the Arab community and nations. Abraham had a second son Isaac whose  wife  had twins, Esau and Jacob, and Jacob then had 12 sons who then became the 12 tribes of Israel of which Judah (the Jews) was one.  Therefore it would appear that both Jews and Arabs are EQUALLY sons (descendants)  of Shem. Although the Qur'an mentions the names of some  Prophets it does not provide detail of lineage that we can track back that the Bible does on both Ishmael and Isaac.

The Bible and the Qur'an do not agree with each other quite substantially, which is why I expect the leaders of Islam say that the current "Torah and Gospels"  we have are not reliable and have been changed. Below are some verses that the Bible and Qur'an ARE  in agreement on a message and some where the Qur'an has pointed out some errors of teaching by the Christian Church leaders.  There are some major differences between the facts and teaching of the Qur'an and the Torah and the Gospels, but it does  point out some particular errors that the Christian Church teach. It does acknowledge Jesus is the Messiah and that God is setting believers of Jesus aside and has already caused Jesus to  ascend to Him, and that we should obey Jesus. We can only  obey him  and know FULLY his message of Eternal life or Paradise, if we also read his words in New Testatment in the Bible which the Jesus also tells us to obey.

Surah 3: 50 And (I come) confirming that which was before me of the Torah, and to make lawful some of that which was forbidden unto you. I come unto you with a sign from your Lord, so keep your duty to Allah and obey me

Surah 4:156-158
156. And because of their disbelief and of their speaking against Mary a tremendous calumny; 157. And because of their saying: We slew the Messiah Jesus son of Mary, Allah's messenger They slew him not nor crucified, but it appeared so unto them; and lo! those who disagree concerning it are in doubt thereof; they have no knowledge thereof save pursuit of a conjecture ; they slew him not for certain, 158. But Allah took him up unto Himself. Allah was ever Mighty, wise

Zachariah (Zacharias) The Birth of John the Baptist,
who was to declare  the coming of The Messiah

Surah 3: 38-41
38. Then Zachariah prayed unto his Lord and said: My Lord! Bestow upon me of Thy bounty goodly offspring. Lo! Thou and the Hearer of Prayer.39. And the angels called to him as he stood praying in the sanctuary: Allah giveth thee glad tidings of (a son whose name is) John (The Baptist), (who cometh) to confirm a word from Allah, lordly, chaste, a Prophet of the righteous.40. He said: My Lord! How can I have a son when age hath overtaken me already and my wife is barren? (The angel)answered: So (it will be). Allah doeth what He will.41. He said: My Lord! Appoint a token for me. (The angel) said: The token unto thee (shall be) that thou shalt not speak unto mankind three days except by signs.

Luke 21: 5-24

There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth.6And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.7And they had no child, because that Elisabeth was barren, and they both were now well stricken in years.8And it came to pass, that while he executed the priest’s office before God in the order of his course,9According to the custom of the priest’s office, his lot was to burn incense when he went into the temple of the Lord.10And the whole multitude of the people were praying without at the time of incense.11And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of incense.12And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.13But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.14And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth.15For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother’s womb.16And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God.17And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.18And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in years.19And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto thee, and to show thee these glad tidings.20And, behold, thou shalt be dumb, and not able to speak, until the day that these things shall be performed, because thou believest not my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season.21And the people waited for Zacharias, and marvelled that he tarried so long in the temple.22And when he came out, he could not speak unto them: and they perceived that he had seen a vision in the temple: for he beckoned unto them, and remained speechless.23And it came to pass, that, as soon as the days of his ministration were accomplished, he departed to his own house.24And after those days his wife Elisabeth conceived, and hid herself five months, saying,25Thus hath the Lord dealt with me in the days wherein he looked on me, to take away my reproach among men.

The Miraculous Conception of Jesus.
Confirmation that Jesus is the Messiah.

Surah 3: 45- 51

45. (And remember) when the angels said: O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a word from Him, whose name is the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, illustrious in the world and the Hereafter, and one of those brought near (unto Allah).46. He will speak unto mankind in his cradle and in his manhood, and he is of the righteous.47. She said: My Lord! How can I have a child when no mortal hath touched me? He said: So (it will be). Allah createth what He will. if He decreeth a thing, He saith unto it only: Be! and it is.  48. And He will teach him the Scripture and wisdom, and the Torah and the Gospel.   49. And will make him a messenger unto the children of Israel, (saying): Lo! I come unto you with a sign from your Lord. Lo! I fashion for you out of clay the likeness of a bird, and I breathe into it and it is a bird, by Allah's leave. I heal him who was born blind, and the leper, and I raise the dead, by Allah's leave.

Luke 1: 27 - 38

And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,27To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary.28And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.29And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.30And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.31And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.32He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:33And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.34Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?35And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.36And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.37For with God nothing shall be impossible.38And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.

In the above verses the Qur'an is agreeing that Jesus was "conceived" by a miracle, by just saying a "word", "Allah says Be! and it is" and Mary conceived and later  had a Son. It is the same as the angel Gabriel coming to Mary and giving the "word" that God had given, that she would give birth to a Son even though she had not "known" a man in than manner, so she was miraculously conceived by the power of God. The Gospel gives more detail above as to how this is occurred, by the power or God's Spirit, and the word spoken, in the same  manner he created all things. In this way Jesus is God's Son, for he does not have a human Father, for the power of God's Spirit and the word spoken by the Angel Gabriel, he has conceived him in Mary's womb. Every child has to have the chromosones of the Father and the Mother to be a healthy child, therefore God's power and Spirit must have provided this and Jesus is literally and in symbolically,God's "Son". The Quran in the above verses is also confirming this but using different words. Please  also read Genesis 1 on the Home page where is is clear that God creates all things by speaking 3And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.........And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

The Qur'an Confirms equal status of Jesus and Mankind in relation to God,
In other words God is "Lord" to Jesus and to mankind,
which the Bible confirms in a similar manner.
However, Christian official teaching claims that Jesus IS God.
This is impossible for Jesus himself said of himself,
"I ascend to my God and your God, to my Father and your Father"
If he said this he cannot be God as well.
He is the Son and God's Spirit is with or IN him.

Surah 3: 50-51
50. And (I Jesus come) confirming that which was before me of the Torah, and to make lawful some of that which was forbidden unto you. I come unto you with a sign from your Lord, so keep your duty to Allah and obey me 51. Lo! Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. That is a straight path.

John 20: 11- 17

11But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept, she stooped down, and looked into the sepulchre,12And seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.13And they say unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? She saith unto them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him.14And when she had thus said, she turned herself back, and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus.15Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.16Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master.17Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.18Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken these things unto her.

If Jesus said these words in John, then he cannot be God and the Son at the same time, for by the above words he is making himself separate to God, and subject to Him. So he cannot be "God" as the Christian church, (but not the bible), teaches. Jesus with these words, is making us equal with himself before God, or to become so. But there is more to this issue which is made clearer in the Bible as one reads it and  it is explained further  in the "The One True Message  of God"  heading of this website. For the Bible does say Jesus is the "image of the invisible God", but this  is meant to be as a "likeness" and we are also to be changed into that same "image" of God, that same "likeness".

Further confirmation below that  Jesus is the Messiah.
The Qur'an says Jesus IS also a Messenger, "with a  Spirit from Him (God)".
Further confirmation that the Christian "Trinity" teaching,  or "God  in Three Persons",  is scripturally incorrect, it is also NOT in the Bible this  way  yet it  is an accepted teaching or doctrine of the Church.

Surah 4: 171

171. O People of the Scripture! Do not exaggerate in your religion nor utter aught concerning Allah save the truth. The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah, and His word which He conveyed unto Mary, and a spirit from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers, and say not "Three". Cease! (it is) better for you! Allah is only One God.

1 Corinthians 8: 6

But to us
there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

Ephesians 4: 2-5
I (Paul, a follower of Jesus) therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; 3Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.4There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;5One Lord, one faith, one baptism,6One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Mark 12: 8-31
8
And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all?29And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:30And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.31And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

The Qur'an confirms Jesus is a "servant" of God.
As does the Bible in the Old Testament,

However, in  the New Testament in the Bible,
Jesus has now made us "Friends" to himself and "co heirs",
and sons & daughters to God as he is, alhtough he is the "literal" son by miraculous conception. We are sons and daughters
by belief in the words Jesus speaks, then the "Spirit" comes to live IN us also and we are "born again" of the "word" we believe and the "Spirit" of God.
It is part of the new "Covenant".

Surah 4: 172
172. The Messiah will never scorn to be a slave(servant) unto Allah, nor will the favoured angels. Whoso scorneth His service and is proud, all such will He assemble unto Him;

Isaiah 42:1-9

1Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.2He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street.3A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth.4He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law. Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein:6I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; 7To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.8am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.9Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.

When Jesus was "sacrificed" as if  as a "Lamb" was  sacrificed according to the Torah law, the sacrifice and "shedding of blood"  confirmed the New "Covenant"  or "Testament" God had now established for the Jews AND Gentiles..all mankind,  which was by love and freedom of extensive laws and sacrifices. The ultmate "end" message of God, we can only conclude when we have read ALL the words in the Bible and Qur'an,  is that we need to believe only in what Jesus has said and  done, his words and receiving God's Spirit IN us to raise us to life. If we only read one book, or parts of both books we will not get to see the "end" message, we will be part way on the path or understanding the ONE TRUE MESSAGE OF GOD, be we Jews Christian or Muslims. Which is why we have so many divisions or faith, many people with part of the message of God because we have not read it all. When we do have ALL the message and God is with us we should experience the miraculous, healing and more.

John 15: 9-17

As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.
10If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.11These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.12This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.13Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.14Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. 15Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.16Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.17These things I command you, that ye love one another.

The Qur'an confirms Jesus has already ascended with the Father, and God is setting aside those who believe in Jesus above those who disbelieve.
It also says that Jesus is as the likeness of Adam, made from dust. Yet Jesus was not made from dust, in the manner Adam was, for when Adam was created there was no woman(See Genesis 2 below). Jesus was conceived in the womb by God's spoken word and power, as both the Qur'an and the Bible agree, which confirms that he is a "Son" simply due to this miraculous conception, i.e. he had no earthly Father but the power of God caused the conception.
However, Muslim Teaching says that the current Bible, Torah and Gospels are corrupted so such comparisons cannot not be true,  because   the Bible may  be in error on any such point.
But  neither the Bible nor the Qur'an  can be proved unless miracles occur,  as was spoken about by Jesus, and both books could just be words of  men  over the centuries trying to understand life and come to terms with death.

If  we experience regular  answered prayer and/or miracles, indicating that there is a Spirit with power present in the world according to what is written in the Bible, then there IS a God.  But this knowledge and expectation of God's Spirit living IN us is not given in the Qur'an, nor very clearly in the Old Testament or Torah, therefore we have to read ALL the Bible and ALL the Qur'an, start to finish, not here and there, to REALLY know what may be true,  or not, and find eternal life  or paradise,  or not.
It   takes time to read  the Bible thoroughly before one fully understands the "Message" God may be giving us all.
Please read"A Certain Myth...or is it true" available free to read on this site for a 1-3 hour quick overview of the ONE TRUE MESSAGE OF GOD with consideration to the Qur'an and  with basic  illustrations (not of the Prophet).

The Qur'an does not prohibit reading of  the Bible.
We need to read the Qur'an to put all the faiths into perspective and to understand what "faith" and belief is doing to each of us, whichever faith it is, for good and ill.

Surah 3: 55

55. (And remember) when Allah said: O Jesus! Lo! I am gathering thee and causing thee to ascend unto Me, and am cleansing thee of those who disbelieve and am setting those who follow thee above those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection. Then unto Me ye will (all) return, and I shall judge between you as to that wherein ye used to differ. 56. As for those who disbelieve I shah chastise them with a heavy chastisement in the world and the Hereafter; and they will have no helpers.57. And as for those who believe and do good works, He will pay them their wages in full. Allah loveth not wrongdoers.58. This (which) We recite unto thee is a revelation and a wise reminder.59. Lo! the likeness of Jesus with Allah is as the likeness of Adam. He created him of dust, then He said unto him: Be! and he is.60. (This is) the truth from thy Lord (O Muhammad), so be not thou of those who waver.

Genesis 2

1Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. 2And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. 3And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.4These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens, 5And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground. 6But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground. 7And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.8And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. 9And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. 10And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads. 11The name of the first is Pison: that is it which compasseth the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold; 12And the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone. 13And the name of the second river is Gihon: the same is it that compasseth the whole land of Ethiopia. 14And the name of the third river is Hiddekel: that is it which goeth toward the east of Assyria. And the fourth river is Euphrates. 15And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.16And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: 17But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.18And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. 19And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof. 20And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.21And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; 22And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. 23And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. 24Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. 25And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.
